Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist without pulling the tape tight.

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Choose by the feeling you want.
Choose the smaller size for a closer, more sculpted feel. Size up for more coverage or a more relaxed fit. For one-pieces, prioritize the largest of your bust, waist, and hip measurements.
